Product Details:

ProStretch Plus stretches the inter connective chain of the lower leg: calves and hamstrings, Achilles tendon, Plantar Fascia, heel and toes. It also relieves tight calves and hamstrings. The adjustable heel rest allows you to customize your stretch by increasing or decreasing the degree of stretch, enabling the user to “progress their stretch” as they become stronger and more flexible. The removable toe lift delivers maximum toe and Plantar Fascia stretch for engaging the entire connective chain of the lower leg for maximum results.

ProStretch Plus delivers you pain relief from:

• Achilles Tendonitis

• Ankle Pain

• Back Pain

• Calf Strain and Tight Calf Muscles

• Arch Pain

• Plantar Fasciitis/Heel Pain

• Ball of Foot Pain

• Tight Hamstring Pain

• IT Band Syndrome

• Shin Pain

Remarks: Includes a Detailed Stretching Guide with targeted stretches

Product Usage:

1. Find a spot where you can hold on to something (e.g. a wall) to help keep your balance
2. Step on to the rocker with one foot and stand upright
3. Begin to roll forwards and backwards slowly on the rocker, trying to keep your weight over the top at all times
4. Hold the position for a period of time to stretch the muscles as required
5. Other exercises require that you stretch whilst standing with your legs apart (as if you were running) with the rocker on your front foot
